General Admission Guidelines
- Eligibility: Admissions are open to all eligible students, irrespective of caste, creed, or religion, provided they meet the age and academic criteria for the respective classes.
- Age Criteria: A child must complete the minimum age for the desired class as of [Specify a Date, e.g., 31st March of the admission year]. Please refer to the specific age requirements for each class listed below.
- Availability of Seats: Admission is subject to the availability of seats in the desired class and successful completion of the admission formalities.
Step-by-Step Admission Process
Step 1: Obtain the Application Form
- Online: Application forms can be downloaded from our school website [Link to Application Form/Admissions Portal] starting from [Start Date, e.g., October 15th].
- Offline: Application forms can also be collected in person from the school office during working hours (Monday to Friday, [Time] to [Time]) from [Start Date] to [End Date]. A non-refundable fee of ₹ [Amount] will be charged for the application form.
Step 2: Submission of Application Form
Duly filled application forms, along with all required documents (refer to ‘Required Documents’ section below), must be submitted at the school office by [Submission Deadline, e.g., November 30th]. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
Step 3: Interaction/Assessment
- Pre-Primary (Nursery, LKG, UKG): An informal interaction session will be conducted with the child and parents to understand the child’s developmental stage and to familiarize them with the school environment.
- Primary (Class 1-5): A brief assessment may be conducted to gauge the child’s readiness for the respective class, followed by an interaction with the parents.
- Middle & Secondary (Class 6 onwards): An entrance test covering subjects like English, Mathematics, and Science (for higher classes) will be conducted, followed by an interaction with the parents and child.
The dates and timings for interactions/assessments will be communicated upon successful submission of the application form.
Step 4: Notification of Admission
Parents of selected candidates will be notified via email/phone within [Number] working days after the interaction/assessment. A provisional admission letter will be issued.
Step 5: Completion of Admission Formalities & Fee Payment
Upon receiving the provisional admission letter, parents must complete the admission formalities, including the submission of remaining documents (if any) and payment of the admission fee and first installment of tuition fees by the stipulated deadline mentioned in the admission letter. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the admission offer.
Age Criteria for Admission
- Nursery: 3+ years
- L.K.G.: 4+ years
- U.K.G.: 5+ years
- Class 1: 6+ years
For subsequent classes, please add relevant age criteria or state that age is calculated based on the previous class’s promotion.
Required Documents (To be submitted with the Application Form)
Please submit photocopies of the following documents along with the application form. Original documents will be required for verification at the time of final admission.
- Birth Certificate: Attested copy of the Municipal/Panchayat Birth Certificate of the child.
- Aadhaar Card: Photocopy of the child’s and parents’ Aadhaar Card.
- Passport-sized Photographs:
- 3 recent passport-sized photographs of the child.
- 1 passport-sized photograph of each parent/guardian.
- Previous School Records (for Class 1 onwards):
- Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school (countersigned by the relevant educational authority, if applicable).
- Photocopy of the last academic year’s Mark Sheet/Progress Report.
- Proof of Residence: Photocopy of any one of the following: Aadhaar Card, Passport, Electricity Bill, Ration Card.
- Caste Certificate (if applicable): For SC/ST/OBC categories.

- Submission of the application form does not guarantee admission.
- The school reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
- All information provided in the application form must be accurate. Any discrepancy found later may lead to cancellation of admission.
